Arca villa is a spacious, luxury villa for rent which can accommodate up to twelve people. Built on a hillside to catch the trade-winds breezes so that air conditioning is not necessary, it is in a quiet location, with wonderful view over Falmouth Harbour, surrounded by many tropical trees.
Around an open patio there are five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, ceiling fan and wooden furniture. Few steps lead down to the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, from which it s possible to go to the terrace and reach the swimming pool and BBQ zone.
In the lower level there is a studio with double bed, bathroom and kitchen with private entrance.

Arca Villa is located in the south coast of Antigua, on a hillside in about 1 acre of land with tropical plants and fruit trees, overlooking Falmouth Harbour and English Harbour, main starting point of Antigua classic and sailing week regattas that attract sailors from all over the world. It must be seen the historic Nelson’s Dockyard, the naval base of Admiral Nelson ,perfectly preserved .

In five minutes driving it is possible to reach wonderful beaches with crystal-clear water, the stable for horse riding, tennis courts, restaurants, supermarket and marinas where leaving for sail or fishing.
