Our beautiful and spacious villa is situated in its own garden in the quiet residential area of Siller. It is surrounded by open countryside and has spectacular views, particularly from the large roof terrace - ideal for watching the sun rise and set!
With Puerto Pollensa (aka Port de Pollenca) and its sandy beaches a leisurely 15-minute walk away, and the old town of Pollensa, its restaurants, bars and excellent art galleries less than a 10 minute drive, the villa Can Mantelli is ideally located just to relax or explore all that the North of Majorca has to offer.
The private pool, an attractive garden with patios, together with a large paddock, give plenty of opportunity for families with small or grown-up children, not to mention groups of friends, to enjoy their holiday together
And with lots of sporting activities such as golf in Pollensa, scuba, wind-surfing and horse riding in Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia, there's plenty to occupy everyone. If a good walk or bird watching are more to your taste then explore the Bocar Valley, located between the port and Cala San Vicente and there's the famous Albufereta Nature Reserve betweeen Port d'Alcudia and Can Picafort.

4 twin-bedded rooms, each with full ensuite toilet, shower/bathroom and air conditioning . Bedroom 2 has a bath with shower.

Large fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave.
Lounge
Large lounge/diner with wood-burning fire, comfortable settees, satellite/terrestrial TV, DVD/VHS player and music centre with CD.

Cleaning/linen
Linen and hand/bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Bed linen is changed weekly. Laundry and cleaning is included in the price. If you wish to pay for additional cleaning, please let us know when booking.
Changeover
Changeover day is Saturday. Departure time is 11.00 a.m. Arrival time is 3.00 p.m. Off-peak changeover times are flexible.
Booking
10% deposit with booking, refundable if cancellation up to 10 weeks before departure. 90% balance due 10 weeks before departure.
The Local Area: Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca
The beautiful beaches of Pollensa (aka Pollenca) are less than 2 Kilometers , with shops, bars and restaurants close by. Cala San Vicente and Alcudia beaches are just minutes away by car and the rest of the North of Mallorca is just waiting to be explored.
The pretty town of Puerto Pollensa has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The promenade, which runs alongside the beach, is a perfect place to take a stroll and enjoy overlooking the bay and marina.
The main square is the hub of the town which, with its bustling Wednesday market and lively atmosphere in the evening, make it a great spot for shopping, eating out or just watching the world go by.
Golf
Pollensa Golf is about a 10-minute drive away and its club-house has a magnificent view over the Bay of Alcudia, a perfect location for the 19th hole!
Travel
Palma airport is 45-55 minutes by car but, if you don't want to drive, there are plenty of taxis for the journey.
