The two bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, close to the Vale do Milho golf course, in a very peaceful area of Carvoeiro offering total privacy, yet within easy reach of the amenities of Carvoeiro about 2 kilometres away.

There are several restaurants a short walk away and the nearest beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa in Carvoeiro, Algarve.

Situated in 2000 square metres of attractive and well established gardens this Algarve villa has spacious accommodation with lots of character and beautiful views.

This Carvoeiro, Algarve villa has a large, private, solar heated swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with steps into the shallow end giving easy access. It is surrounded by a walled terrace area and is adjacent to a shady pergola, giving a choice of secluded areas for sunbathing and relaxing at the villa.

The Villa

The villa has recently had new bathrooms and kitchen, and has been rewired and is now all electric (no gas). The villa has a double master bedroom with French windows leading to a private balcony, with spectacular views of the countryside, sea and golf course. The bathroom is shared with the slightly smaller twin bedroom.

The spacious living area of the villa has a comfortable settee, a cosy inglenook area surrounding a Fogo Montanha wood burning stove/fireplace, and has English satellite television and a video. There is a single put-u-up bed for a child. French doors lead to a patio and barbecue area. Off the living area is a shower room/cloakroom. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equiped with ceramic hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

A distinctive feature of the villa is the large sunroom/conservatory with dining and coffee areas and interesting nooks and crannies. Leading from the conservatory is a utility room with washing machine and large shower cubicle. A maid is employed to clean the villa and change and launder bed linen and towels.

The villa has ample space to accommodate 5 people and we can supply a cot or put-u-up bed if required. The villa is primarily used by myself and my family but is available for rent at other times.
