In order to maintain the informal and relaxed dinner-party atmosphere, we also eat with our guests.

Chalet host's day off:
One day a week guests will help themselves to breakfast which the chalet hosts will have laid out for them the night before. Your chalet host will book you into a restaurant of your choice for the evening. They will be able to recommend from a wide variety of traditional mountain restaurants, some situated on the pistes and open at night; family restaurants including pizza and Mexican; a Michelin starred restaurant; and a mountain farm restaurant where you can watch the livestock that produce the dairy products used in the kitchens.
