This Big Bear cottage rental, within a duplex, has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fashionable furnishings, and a game room with a pool table. The cozy master bedroom features a king size bed, cable TV, and private bath located on the first floor. The second bedroom features 2 twin/full bunks with its own cable TV/DVD and deck with a hammock and chairs. The third bedroom features a queen size bed with a peek-a-boo lake view.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
The dining area has an extra large table with plenty of space for your whole group. The family room
has cable TV with movie channels, DVD, CD player with stereo, Nintendo game system and a wood burning potbelly stove.

Our cottage rental also includes a washer and dryer and outdoor basketball hoop. There is a covered
spa, table and chairs, and a full-size charcoal BBQ on the outdoor deck. The yard is fully fenced for
your pet.
