In the villa are two apartments to rent for 2 till 18 persons. The apartment on the first floor is suitable for 6 persons. There are 2 bedrooms for 2 persons, living room, kitchen en bathroom. From the apartment you can up into the garden. There is a big terrace with tables, chairs and 2 barbecues.

Bed ware and towels are present.

The upper apartment has space for 14 persons. There are 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and 3 bedrooms for 2 persons. There is a big living with an open luxury kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Verviers is a city of 62.000 inhabitants en is situated in the valley in between the Ardennen and the Hautes Fagnes. For hundred of years it was the centre of the wool industry in Europe.

Just like the industry in Twente, Holland, it has been stopped in the years of 70.

In verviers you can still see numerous old buildings from the glorious period. In the last ten years Verviers is working hard to restore the old place and a lot of people find a new place in Verviers. There are a lot of touristic activities in the surrounding of Verviers.

Beautifull woods, rivers to cano, play golf and in winter of course ski and Langlauf. A lot of castles and museum you van visit and of course the opera in Liege

From Maastricht, Liege and Aachen (Germany) it is only half an hour driving to Verviers.
