Luxury independent villa with pool, on 3 floors (350 sq.m) in the beautiful hillside of the Costa Smeralda with panoramic views of the coastline. Accessed through electric gates and set in well-maintained rounds, there is ample parking space for up to 4 cars.

The villa is furnished simply but elegantly, providing both luxury and comfort. Living space consists of a large lounge/dining room with seating for up to 8 people and another smaller lounge area with stunning views across the bay. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer. On the very top of the villa is a roof terrace (unfurnished) providing spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and ocean. .

The main terrace is furnished with table and chairs and there is a brick barbeque, ideal for summer dining, while looking out over the bay of Monte Ceraso. The pool is approximately 12 x 6m, with a depth of 1.4m to 2.5m.
