The villa offers you views of the three branches of the lake and is in a quiet location about 1 mile from the historical centre of Bellagio. The owner lives next door and shares some of the grounds and parking area. From the garden 19 steps to the apartment. The spacious living room offers views from a small balcony, SAT TV, fireplace (no longer in use). Dining room/kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas rings and oven. If you prefer to eat 'Al Fresco' there is a table within the grounds of the property complete with sun umbrella. One double bedroom with balcony, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. LOCATION
Lake Como is renowned for its lush vegetation and mild climate. On the southern shore is Bellaggio, considered by many to be the most beautiful town in all of Europe. Its narrow cobbled streets and breathtaking views make it a most enchanting place to spend a holiday. From Como, there is a cable car up to Brunate, from where there are truly spectacular views. Going north from Como, its just a short drive to Cernobbio, whose old town features a delightful collection of picturesque houses and narrow alleys. Nearby is one of Europe's grandest hotels, the Ville d'Este in whose grounds is Italy's only 'floating swimming pool'. Up the road is Toriggia, home of Villa Passalacqua, a late 18th century home where Vincenzo Bellini once stayed
