Fort Myers is on Florida's Gulf Coast 30 miles North of Naples and is the nearest resort to South West Florida Airport which is a 20 minute drive.Miami is 2 1/2 hours away, and Tampa is a 2 hour drive. The area has something for everyone - a wide variety of restaurants, live music at beachfront bars, or miles of quiet beaches. There are over 140 golf courses within a 30 mile radius.
Features: Our spacious villa is tastefully furnished, with vaulted ceilings, and has full air-conditioning, with ceiling fans if preferred. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and DVD, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double washbasins, a large shower cubicle and separate bathtub. There is a further double bedroom with queen-size bed, and two twin bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins a spacious breakfast area and in addition there is a more formal dining / living room. The family room has leather sofas, a TV with DVD and X-Box, and opens onto the pool area.
Heated Pool: The pool benefits from both electric and solar heating to ensure warmth in all seasons. There is ample pool furniture and a dining area with an overhead fan for those warm evenings.
