Welcome to sNOWsh!

Phew! What a project! What started as a simple idea in 2000, turned into a slightly more complex one in 2005. Development started early 2006 and now, December 2009 (and realisation of just how complicated a real time search engine is to build!) almost 4 years after the first lines of code were written, we are now very proud indeed to present to the world our idea of how a search engine should be. Real time, linked to all advertisers and content providers through highly innovative and useful applications.

As with any new software or website, there are bound to be a few niggles (Tech term is "Bugs") But we hope that you will bear with us while we iron out the creases. As we see more members join and offer content to sNOWsh, we will be able to locate and address the "niggles" as we find them. The grand vision of sNOWsh is a global network where any member can make instant updates to a range of different sites from their own website.

While the sNOWsh team has some work to do to get the shiny new sNOWsh application to function for any business model, right now we have the booking management module working nicely, so at present we are only accepting membership from companies offering holiday accommodation, early next year we will be opening the invitation to any business looking to promote on the front lines of the Internet at a very affordable price.
